Dr. Carl Palazzolo, DVM, owner of the Long Beach Animal Hospital, travels the world as a photographer and teaches seminars in advanced digital photography on safaris to Africa, Alaska, Borneo, the Galapagos Islands and Antarctica. Dr. P also does conservation work throughout the world, and has worked with endangered species in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Borneo, Idaho and Yellowstone National Park, and was a veterinary consultant to the President of Mauritius. He was D of P for "One Drumbeat at a Time" in Belize, and in Mongolia has been training local guides as photographic assistants for "The Twelfth Eagle."
